What is On-Page SEO
The process of competing to appear on the first page of search engine results is called On-page SEO. On-page SEO services involve optimizing various aspects of the website. A well-executed On-page SEO strategy allows the website to rank faster in search engines. Moreover, Content SEO is another term used for On-page SEO. Ultimately, On-page SEO services help websites achieve top positions on the first page of search engine results.
Importance Of On-Page SEO
Any website, page, or URL can be easily found by search engines if you implement technical SEO. However, if you also focus on On-page SEO, your page will rank at the top of the search results. Technical SEO and On-page SEO are closely related, and both are essential for visibility. Simply doing On-page SEO without technical SEO won’t help you appear in search results.
Relying solely on technical SEO without incorporating on-page SEO may get your page indexed by search engines, but it is likely to rank low or appear at the end of the results. Since search engines often display hundreds of pages or URLs with similar names, visitors usually click on the first and top pages in the search results. Therefore, combining strong technical SEO with effective on-page SEO and high-quality content significantly increases the chances of your page appearing on the first page of search results.

My On page SEO Services Terms
To perform on-page SEO for a page, several aspects need to be focused on. Some of the key areas are:
Setup Focus Keyword:
To complete on-page SEO, you can use plugins or tools available for each CMS website. These tools provide specific locations to set up the focus keyword. You need to place the selected primary, focus, or main keyword for the relevant page in that specific location.
Meta title optimization:
Meta title optimization is a crucial part of on-page SEO. The meta title, often referred to as meta tags or SEO title, appears in a larger format in search engine results. For top rankings, when I perform on-page SEO, I use an attractive meta title and include the focus keyword in it.
Meta description optimization:
On the search engine results page, a short paragraph called the meta description appears right below the meta title. Users typically decide whether to click on a page based on both the meta title and the meta description. Therefore, to improve click-through rates, I craft an engaging meta description that includes the focus keyword, is relevant to the page, and effectively summarizes its content.
Use of heading tags for on-page SEO:
There are 6 types of heading tags, from H1 to H6. These tags are used to organize content on a page. H1 is typically reserved for the main title of the page, while H2, H3, and so on are used for subheadings. It’s important to include keywords in headers, especially in the H1 tag. It is noticeable that:
- Only one H1 (meta title tag) tag should use in a page.
- H1 and H2 tags for Main and secondary heading.
- Under H2 heading H3-H6 tags will be used.
- Under H3 heading H4-H6 tags.
- H2 will not be used under H3-H6 and H3 will not under H4-H6 tags.
Images optimization:
Having an image on each page or post is essential, and optimizing the image is equally important. As an on-page SEO specialist, I typically name the image files with the focus keyword included. This practice, known as “image alt text” in SEO terminology, helps improve search engine visibility.
Internal and External linking:
Internal linking refers to linking from one page or post on the same website to another relevant page or post. External linking involves linking from the website to a relevant external domain or website.
As a crucial part of on-page SEO, I add contextual links between each page or post and other relevant pages or posts within the same website. Additionally, I link to relevant external domains or websites when appropriate.
Use of Primary and Secondary keywords:
The content should include the main keyword, but you should avoid overusing it, as this is known as keyword stuffing. Typically, the main keyword appears in the first paragraph, with a keyword density of 2-3% throughout the content. Additionally, I include 3-4 relevant secondary keywords in both the headings and the body of the content.
Quality Content for on-page SEO
Quality content, often called the king of on-page SEO, plays a crucial role in driving traffic. It should always be high-quality, as this is what truly matters. Content can be categorized into various types, such as commercial, navigational, informational, and transactional. People typically search for this information across multiple search engines. As a result, the website that effectively meets all SEO requirements will rank higher and appear first to visitors.
Nature of quality content:
To achieve good rankings, the content must be of high quality. For a page or post to be considered high-quality, it must have certain characteristics. These include:
- Content will be knowledgable
- No duplicate content
- Relevancy
- More than 500 Words
- Unique
- Use of heading & sub heading
Limitations of Characters and Words
Compliance with character and word count limitations is essential for effective on-page SEO. Minimum and maximum values are specified for various sections. These are the steps I take, in accordance with Google’s algorithm:
- Meta tags under 60 characters long.
- Meta description under 160 characters long.
- Content more than 300 words.
Keywords placement for effective On Page SEO Services
It is another part of On Page. Page ranking in Google is dependent, in part, on the appropriate utilization of keywords, as determined by the Google algorithm. Here are some important place there I put focus keyword:
- Meta title/ meta tags.
- Meta description.
- URL
- Image Alt text.
- H1, H2 and H3 tags.
- Whole body of content maintaning percentage.
